Silks Kids All Levels

Decription

This class will be taught by upwards of 3 coaches to facilitate all levels from Introduction (no experience) and up, for kids age 9-16 (All kids must be age 9 on the first class). Aerial silks is a fun and challenging apparatus for all ages. Students will work on climbing, static skills and possibly drops.

Requirements

Kids age 9-16. No experience is needed, but if you have experience you will work at your current level.

Notes

Skills taught in class will be determined based on the aptitude of the group/student and will vary from one session to another and will be adapted based on the student. Things to bring to class: A non-glass water bottle Please dress in form-fitting athletic wear that covers legs and stomach (to prevent silks burn), loose clothing can get wrapped around equipment and get torn or become a safety hazard, for a similar reason please avoid wearing jewelry. Do not wear any clothing with zippers, or velcro as they will damage the equipment (please check leggings for a zipper on the back of the waist). No make-up classes are available for this class if a class is missed.
