5:30pm-7:30pm - All Levels - Partner Party (duo skills)
We've all seen those duos where one person is basing in the silk and one person is hanging from them. But how many duos have you seen where no one person is obviously basing or flying, but both are working together and interacting with the fabric to create new shapes? This workshop will explore teamwork, creativity, and tension techniques for some crazy cool new skills. No partner required. It is recommended to have a ten second open hang and be able to climb at least halfway up the silk several times throughout the class.
7:30pm-9:00pm - Advanced - Dynamic silks transitions
This class will briefly cover basic beats, but the real meat will be in the applications. We'll explore the most efficient and dynamic ways into and out of inverts, S wraps, hip balances and more! Prerequisites are straight leg inverts, a 20 second open hang, and windmills.

9:00am-10:30am - All Levels - Creative Conditioning/Technical Tune Up (multi-apparatus)
Do you struggle with straight arm/leg inverts? How about knee climbs? Do you want to get circus strong, but don't know where to start? Liesl (@aerialaspiration) has taught more than 50 "Get Fit Fast" classes and will compile all the fun conditioning into one class! This workshop will start with the bare bones of aerial practice and slowly get into all the meaty techniques that will benefit aerialists from absolute beginners all the way to the instructor level. No pre-reqs.
11:00am - 12:30pm - Advanced - Hammock Dynamics
Hammock dynamics are the best because you get all of the power, but need none of the grip! This workshop will be partially intro to dynamics, partially fun, fast transitions, and partially accents for drops. Prerequisites are a basic familiarity with beats and C shaping (just familiarity, not proficiency).
1:30pm-3:00pm - All Levels - Silks Ping Pong Basics
Ping pongs. So powerful. So elusive. So cool. And yet, they're SO HARD... Liesl (@aerialaspiration) has made it her special project to understand ping pongs as deeply as possible and she has successfully taught them to aerialists of all levels. This workshop will break down the ping pong to extremely manageable steps and will reveal all the secrets in the process. It is required to be able to get into and invert in a high knot.
3:15pm-4:45pm - Advanced - Silks Ping Pong Drops (beyond the usuals)
There are a few drops that have become known for their rebound potential to the extent that the drop itself is called a ping pong. BUT there are so many less commonly known drops that can also incorporate ping pongs. This workshop will explore some creative applications of the ping pong. Pre-requisites are a double star and at least one of a) already having a ping pong, b) Mitch Ekert's ping pong workshop, and/or c) the All Levels Ping Pong Basics workshop.

9:00am-10:00am - All Levels - Silks Standing climb variations
Russian Climb: It's easy, efficient, predictable... WHAT IF we could climb with all the speed and familiarity, but more interesting and less predictable? This workshop will build on Russian climbs with a host of variations that will spice up any act! It is required to be able to Russian climb at least halfway up the silk several times through the class.
10:00am - 11:30pm - Advanced - Silks Inverted climb variationsThis workshop will play with both silk together and split silk inversion climbs. There will be opportunities to incorporate dynamics or use some of that brute strength! Some variations will be extremely efficient and some will be more stylized. Almost all of them lead very easily into common wraps. It is recommended to be familiar with opposite side straddle inversion climbs [Circus Climb] and able to invert with straight legs at least 3 times in a row.
