All levels. Participants in this workshop will work on progressions to improve back and splits flexibility. We will start with a warm-up and progress through techniques, including both passive and active stretches. This will help grow your aerial practice and give you skills to practice ground flexibility skills at home.

All levels. Ages 17+

Things to bring to class: A non-glass water bottle, a phone to record video or take photos (optional), a notebook (optional).
