Information for Winter 2026 Classes

Registration Information for All Classes

• Classes are held at Van Vliet Complex, 8831-116 Street NW, Room 2-248
• Jan-Feb classes are 8 weeks (Monday 7 weeks).
• Aerial points are shared between participants/coaches.
• All adult classes, unless otherwise noted, are 90 minutes. All kids classes are 60 minutes.
• Classes have requirements for participation, if you aren't sure if you meet the requirements, please contact us before registering.
• All classes are for Adults (17+) except for Kids Classes (9-16).
• All registrations must be paid in full to confirm a place in class.
• No personal equipment can be accommodated at this time.
• There is a $20 annual registration fee per student, which will automatically be applied when you checkout
